SNAPPS ENGINEERING LTD. built the Schmoozy app. This policy explains how we handle information when you use Schmoozy.
No Data Collection
Schmoozy does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All user data — including contacts, cards, and preferences — is stored locally on your device and never leaves it.
No Tracking
Schmoozy does not track users. There are no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no third-party tracking services, and no cookies. We do not build user profiles or share data with anyone.
Device Permissions
Schmoozy may request access to your camera (for QR code scanning) and contacts (for contact sharing). This data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted externally.
Data Encryption
User data stored on your device is encrypted using AES-256-GCM, an industry-standard encryption algorithm, via Apple’s CryptoKit framework.
No Third-Party Services
Schmoozy does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data processing services.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. All sensitive data is encrypted at rest on your device.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates are posted on this page with a revised effective date.
